KODDI is established in accordance with the Article 29 of the Welfare Law of the Disabled in order to contribute to welfare development of the people with disability by executing comprehensive and well organized examination, research and evaluation of welfare for the people with disability, policy development, welfare promotion and rehabilitation sports.
