Reorganized and changed its name to KOSAD(Korea Sports Association for the Disabled)

28 April. 1989	Approved and founded the Korea Sports Association for the Disabled and inaugurated Seokwon Kim as the 1st president
30 Dec. 1989	Stated the foundation & purpose of the KOSAD in Revised Articles 26, of the Welfare of the disabled persons Act
